Smash-Finance
Real double-entry, not a spreadsheet with categories

Your business and your life, in one ledger.

Smash-Finance tracks spending, budgets and net worth across everything you own, while keeping each LLC's books genuinely separate. One picture of where you stand. Clean numbers to hand your accountant.

Why it gets the numbers right

Paying a credit card is not spending money twice.

Most trackers count the groceries you put on the card, then count the card payment too. Your spending looks inflated and your net worth never quite reconciles.

Smash-Finance records both sides of every transaction, so a card payment moves money between accounts instead of inventing an expense. Transfers, refunds and owner's draws all come out right for the same reason.

Paying the Amex bill

Amex liability +$1,240.00
Checking asset -$1,240.00

Net worth unchanged. Spending unchanged. Debt down $1,240.00.

Everything a spreadsheet was doing, without the spreadsheet.

Net worth over time

Every account, asset and debt in one number, charted month over month.

Separate books

Personal, Smash LLC, a rental property. Separate at tax time, combined when you want the whole picture.

Budgets that pace

$400 of $900 means nothing on its own. Budgets tell you whether that's comfortable or alarming today.

Statement import

Import CSVs from any bank. Overlapping statements de-duplicate instead of double-counting.

Rules that categorize

Teach it once. Matching transactions get filed automatically from then on.

Books for the CPA

Profit and loss, balance sheet, owner's draws, mileage and receipts, per entity, fiscal-year aware.

One login. Books that don't bleed into each other.

When the LLC pays you, that is not business expense and not personal income. It is the same money changing pockets. Smash-Finance records it as one movement across two sets of books, so your Schedule C stays clean and your personal spending doesn't show phantom income every month.
